We don’t believe in magic pills that take an unhealthy person from unfit and out-of-shape to becoming an awesome healthy specimen. Especially, if said person continued to sit on their butt and eat the same horrible diet they always have. Sorry! If someone is offering you a supplement that does that, they are selling you a lie.
What we do believe in is healthy living! We’ve even come up with a visual to make it easier to remember. Think of the four points of a compass. But rather than (N)orth, (S)outh, (E)ast, and (W)est, we say they stand for (N)utrition, (S)leep, (E)xercise, and (W)ater.
You should eat a properly balanced diet involving limited caloric intake, plenty of vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats. However, there are simply many things that a healthy diet doesn’t give you. That’s why we recommend every adult take our Complete Adult all-in-one nutrient. It will give you more of what you need and what you don’t already get in your diet.
You should also be getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night as a way to rest your body and recharge for the next day. In today’s busy world, this is often neglected, but is essential for our body’s health.
Thirdly, you should exercise at least 1 hour a day. Depending on your fitness level, what you do for exercise will vary. For some, it may mean simply walking at a brisk pace. For others, it will probably mean a hardcore aerobic workout, bike ride, or run. The fact is, you need to get out and move around, giving your heart, lungs, and muscles a chance to be utilized.
Finally, your body is made up of mostly water. Make sure you are replenishing it often! You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water every day.
