Our bodies were designed to move, and they are capable of some pretty incredible things! In fact, you are capable of much more than you realize. However, if not put through its paces on a regular basis, our bodies will begin to break down and not function at the level or efficiency they were designed to. It is impossible to be your healthiest without a regular routine of exercise.

We all know that it takes exercise to achieve those bodies we all want. Unfortunately, most Americans don’t get enough of it. Exercise is work! It takes time, and that’s something that is very precious to us all. However, studies have shown that regular exercise not only helps us look better, it also plays a major part in allowing us to live longer!

Even though you may have to spend that 30 to 60 minutes a day exercising,  you are adding years to your life by doing so. Regular exercise helps prevent diseases, gives us more energy as we go about our day, and recent studies have even shown that it can even make us smarter. Exercise also helps improve your mood and you get better sleep at night.
